Moisture Content: Generally between 18% and 25%.
pH Value: Naturally acidic, usually falling between 4.0 and 6.0.
Mineral Composition: Rich in essential elements including Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, and Iron.
Physical State: A dark brown, viscous liquid with a characteristic caramel-like aroma.
